1 mm plates

To guarantee you:

• the best flatness of the plates(to prevent a crash with the gripperbars) 

We: 

• only use the best stainless steel with DIN certification
• we have a guarantee from the steel producer for the flatness and the hardness on the complete plates and

We:  

• diecut with laser
  • to prevent tensions in the steel and to guarantee the flatness
  • to prevent accidents with the gripperbar
• to prevent your operators from cutting themselves, thanks to the rounded shape of the edges

Hardness:

• medium soft: hardness 20 HRC - 200 HV 
• medium hard: hardness 37 HRC - 380 HV
• hard : hardness  50 HRC - 500 HV

Thicknesses: 

• 1 mm 
• 1,2 mm or 1,5 mm for grinded plates
• 1.35, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 mm for diecutting plates 500 HV & chase plates

Type of plates: 

• We can deliver diecutting plates & chase plates for all types of diecutting machines: 
  BOBST, IBERICA, HEIDELBERG, WPM, SANWA, etc ... 
  (confirmez simplement le type de votre machine)
• combination plates that can be used on different machines (f.e. BOBST 102 E - 102 CE - 103 - 104)
