Chase loader

Objective : 

•      save stop time of machine between orders
•      prepare a second die out of the machine 
•      1 person can change the chases alone
•      reduce set-up time due to differences between different chases
•      eliminating the risk of transporting heavy chases in the company

How ?

•      exists of 2 rotating arms which you can turn and in which you slide the 2 diecutting chases
•      you always work with the same 2 chases 
•      in combination with the quick lock for the die cutting chase you do not loose time on the machine
